Tiger Cubs (ages 4 & 5 year olds)

Our Tiger-Cubs Program is designed for ages 4 and 5. These 30-minute classes introduce basic martial arts through kicks, strikes, and movement drills—while teaching focus, listening, and following directions.

Juniors (6-10 year olds)

Our Junior Program, for kids ages 6 to 11, includes striking drills, kicking exercises, and anti-bullying lessons. Students build focus, discipline, and respect while learning the importance of responsibility, citizenship, and doing the right thing.

Tiger-Rock Martial Arts classes are indeed physical, just like any other martial arts program. However, safety is always first and foremost on the minds of our instructors. Our Certified Instructors are experienced martial artists that know how to provide a safe, fun environment for young students. In fact, all receive yearly First-Aid training, in addition to annually renewing their training certification.
